The coffee here is good, they have quite a wide selection of beverages. The desserts in the refrigerator looked appealing too although I didn't get anything other than the coffee here. They have some boozy coffee options which seemed interesting! The inside was dark and very casual. Not a very uplifting cafe to sit and enjoy. I personally prefer a brighter, well lit cafe with refreshing space to work or hang out at.

Such a cute cafe. Came here as part of our food tour. Parking is easy inside a parking garage. They don't have servers. You order up in the front and get a buzzer to pick up the food. We ordered: - BACON CLUB PANINI: bacon, turkey, avocado, baby gems lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomato, garlic aioli - good - EMPANADITAS: gluten-free artisan handmade four venezuelan fried mini empanadas, two ground beef & two fresh white cheese. Comes with 3 sauces. These taste like cornbread empanadas. The beef ones are very good. Cheese was ok. - COUPA BURGER: angus beef, caramelized onions, bacon, romaine lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomato, side of fries - good sturdy burger. Love the pile of caramelized onions. Stacked with bacon. They don't skimp. - BREAKFAST CREPE: scrambled eggs with gallic mushrooms, avocado, Gouda cheese, and guasacaca. - my favorite dish. Super garlicky! Garlic fans will love this dish! - CARAMEL MACCHIATO: love the strong coffee flavors, but should the drink be a little sweeter with caramel flavor as I didn't taste that? - SPICY MAYA MOCHA: didn't taste this, but seems to be one of my cousin's go to. Good atmosphere. We were lucky to get there right before the crowd. The place was packed! Definitely will be back.

I'm happy to say Coupa has really improved their service. Love coming here for healthy food, meeting with friends or work colleagues, and the maya hot chocolate. Would love to see this open even later on weekdays. The ambiance is definitely still very much a locals scene. For us locals, it feels like home. Pro tip: Try the maya hot chocolate

The food options looked delicious, but I didn't order any food this time. The cafe is bright, spacious, and beautiful! The coffee I ordered was perfect. I'll be back!

I've been going here for several years and blown probably hundreds (oops) on their food and drinks. There are plenty of coffee shops in downtown but this is my go-to when I want a cozy, warm space to catch up with a friend and get some work done. It's not perfect but it checks enough boxes for me. Coupa's Spicy Maya Hot Chocolate is far and away their best drink. When frothed right, which it usually is but sometimes not enough depending who's making it, this is the perfect cold weather beverage. Creamy, sweet, and the tiniest bit spicy. I usually get mine dairy-free and the consistency is still great. I've tried the coffee beverages here as well, but would recommend other shops for a latte or Americano. I don't normally order food here, but the chicken chipotle quesadilla, chicken chipotle panini, and carne mechada panini are the ones I go for when I do. While they're not the cheapest, they're good for a quick bite and come out pretty quickly. I don't get the pastries or desserts, since I've been underwhelmed by those in the past. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with heaters. Indoor seating is usually filled up on any given afternoon, so best of luck. There are skylights in the back of the cafe so you can get some natural light. They also play music but it's not overwhelmingly loud. I'm pretty sure the employees know my face by now, and the ladies there are really friendly. They do somehow manage to spell my name wrong every. Single. Time. Last time I was Mararette. I've also been Margat and Margrette. Spelling is hard. Occasionally they forget to make my order, but they're apologetic when it happens and I can look past that. This Coupa location is such a classic, outlasting so many other establishments that have come and gone. I think it's here to stay for a long time, and worth a visit despite its shortcomings.

I had a good experience here. I love the building that they are in and gives you a cool historic vibe. It was busy when I went but luckily everyone there already ordered so it was line free; just no seats available. I got the matcha smoothie and found it to be delicious. It had a slight sweetness to it but definitely still maintained its matcha bitterness. Would definitely order it again.
